#14 – opened November 2008
If you’re driving up I-93 and passing through Concord, NH, it would be hard to miss our Fort Eddy Boloco. Formerly a Boston Market, we were excited to have a restaurant that essentially is the “welcome” sign to the beautiful, capital city of New Hampshire. More importantly, Concord is special in its history that now approaches 300 years and a community that has made us feel welcome since the day we opened in 2008. Donning the walls of Boloco is original Sean Boyce artwork depicting Canterbury Shaker Village, Mount Kearsarge, Apple Picking at Carter Hill orchard, Turkey Pond, and the Swenson Granite Quarry – all chosen by local personalities in Concord.
